With these functional and quality molds, you can create delicious mini round desserts that will delight your customers' taste buds. The tray is made in France in blue APET, a material partly composed of recycled and recyclable plastic.
No need for long preparations: you just need to fill the cells with your different preparations: biscuit, crispy, fruit, chocolate, simply stack the layers, and place in the fridge.
GOOD TO KNOW: DEMOLDING TIP
(Specific advice, only for this reference from our e-shop)
The edges of each cell of the 15 mini-desserts tray being relatively straight, unmolding can be difficult, particularly if you have made a dark chocolate shell (less difficult with white chocolate).
→ To facilitate the unmolding step, you can:
- either dip the mold in hot water (if you left the desserts to set in the freezer)
- or: before inserting your mousses and other preparations, spray a veil of food-grade silicone spray* in each cell. This will have a non-stick effect which will make the cake easier to slide after freezing.
