To make your inserts easier to make and avoid loss of materials due to the use of cookie cutters, here is a plastic mold that allows you to easily make your inserts.
The mold is 17cm in diameter, 2cm high ; This insert format will fit perfectly with our dessert molds Ø > 20cm and height > 4cm.

Plastic tray for molding chocolate log bits

They arrive just in time for the upcoming Christmas log season! Two simple shapes to choose from: the rectangle or the half-round, in a smooth finish ( 8.6x7.4cm format for both). Each tray includes 6 imprints: it's up to you to pour the desired chocolate, let it harden and voilà, you have the perfect accessory to add the finishing touch to the decoration of your logs!

Desserts with rounded edges Ø 180

Dessert molds with rounded edges, height 4 and 4.5cm

You were waiting for them, here are the big brothers of the Ø 160mm rounded edge mold: they measure 18cm in diameter, and are available in height 4 or 4.5cm , standards in pastry making.
Tearable, they allow impeccable release and a perfect finish: thanks to the rounded top, the icing flows perfectly and covers the straight edges.
