Boutique Petit sells molds intended for food contact, for professional use. Our sales are aimed at professionals in the pastry, chocolate, and ice cream industries.

Returns

Our items are non-returnable. For reasons of hygiene and food safety, a delivered mold cannot be returned to our stock.

Exchanges

An exchange is possible in the event of a reference error or a defective product. Contact our customer service within 14 days of receiving your order:

Defective products

Any item with a manufacturing defect will be replaced at our expense. Report the defect to us upon receipt, attaching a photo of the item in question if possible.

Return shipping costs

In the case of an exchange due to an error on our part or a defective product, the return shipping costs are covered by us.
