Yule log trends 2024: the half-round log is the big winner!

Every year you strive to impress your customers with original shapes, expertly crafted tastes and textures, and flawless finishes!

For Christmas 2024 , the trend in terms of flavors gives pride of place to chocolate, lemon or exotic fruit yule logs (mango, passion fruit, coconut...): great classics, seasonal, which bring a gourmet and subtle touch to the end of a hearty meal!

In terms of shapes, this year we're sticking with tried and true classics: 4/6 or 6/8 serving logs with a square, rectangular, oblong or oval base; but the undisputed champion is the half-round log, which we find in the holiday season offerings or as a signature log for most of you, in large format or U-shaped logs !
