Pastry: 25 beautiful Mother's Day 2026 creations

by Lucile Tinchant

Classic round entremets, strawberry cakes, raspberry cakes, Pavlova, reimagined Saint-Honoré, pull-apart daisy shapes, or chocolate creations: mothers have been a source of creative inspiration for pastry Chefs!

In terms of color, we find the quintessential “girly” palette: from silky cream white and soft powder pink to passionate dark red, every icing color is fair game!

In terms of visuals, there is plenty of inspiration revolving around flowers (rose, tulip, daisy, orchid...), the garden, stylized heart shapes or added decorative finishes, lace, braiding, and explosions of juicy, shiny fruit that definitely make your mouth water #WellDone.

And finally, regarding flavors, strawberry, raspberry, apricot, rhubarb, vanilla, almond, and chocolate take center stage: sweet and gentle flavors, a dash of zest, perfect for delighting the palates of gourmet moms.

All these creations express sweetness, tenderness, and love, but also strength, boldness, and courage: that perfectly summarizes the word “Mom” ♥ !
